Good experience with store but a bit confusing at checkout. emails answered in a timely manner & they deliver free no matter how big or small your order is. I recommend but always good to contact them for stock before buying. <br><br />

ordered some dualsky motors for me gimbal. gave me discount for buyin 7. ask them and theyll give you discount. if u don't ask they wont give it you.<br><br /> good service. delivery could be quicker tho but im glad i save some a few tenners. thanks
purchased arx bike and got it 4 days later. all questions answered quickly and helpful staff. them don't charge for delivery and that's great stuff got me to save a few bucks to spend on the missy<br><br /> highly recommended shop but they ain't got a street shop. everything is online

I ordered some lipo and motors from rchobby-avenue. The service I received from this company was good. I waited 4-5 days before they could dispatch my order but they kept me updated with the progress of my order. Communication is excellent: fast reply, very polite emails. When i received my parcel i was surprised to see an extra motor, free of charge!! thank you<br /><br />
This is a follow-up review to my first review of Rc hobby Ave. Sorry I don't have anything good to say.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> This is my second review of this site. My first ( modelshop.org) was a negative review based on my experience with this business. If you work hard for your money and expect good customer service for your hard earned cash,then don't shop here. If you are opinionated ,then don't shop here. I brought a RC copter from Rchobby Ave in December 2013. It was a Xmas gift. It didn't work when received . After hours and days of trying to get it to work I gave up and asked for my money back. They would not acknowledge that the product was defective. Instead I had to go through all kind of procedures to prove to them that I was not an idiot. This included watching an upside video on Youtube( instructions on how to start it) which was useless. I had to make a video of me trying to get it started. Then finally I had to go on- line and try to reinstall the software. They said this was their policy! Finally they acknowledged the product was probably defective. After all this they still did not offer me a refund. instead they told me I could have it fixed free of charge at a U.S company and they would even cover the shipping cost ( why would I even want it after all that, it's<br /><br /> a lemon obviously) . The other option was to send it back to the manufacturer in China at my own cost,then they would give me a refund ( not including the shipping cost). I chose to send it back to China and get my money back. Not the end of the story. After the product was received they decided that they wanted me to change my negative review which they said was a pack of lies. My option was accept a partial refund and then I could get the rest when I changed my review to reflect positively on them. I even told them that I would write a positive review if they would refund my money in full,but they said that their decision was final. I finally was able to get my money back only I after notified my credit card company. Very poor customer service once they get your money.The product was not even shipped from the UK,shipped from China.

I was dissapointed that what I was actually gunning for, a 40mm motor holder, was not in stock and found that out after I placed and paid for the order. I didn't really need the boat stand!

I thought the customer service you gave was great, the width of the product range was great too. There were 2 points that I felt lowered the score - which were the lead time was longer than I would have liked, and also the parts came directly from China when I had expected it to come from the UK.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> I will use you guys again though in the future.

Goods arrived eventually, be very careful on selecting your delivery address. Parcel was poorly addressed and took a while to be delivered. Replacement was dispatched having specifically specified my address. Eventually both consignments arrived, but as they were just replacement propellers, I paid for both. Email communication was good throughout the delivery problem, in fact the second consignment arrived within a week.
