After contacting "Mark" at Nitrotek about a Model Helicopter 2.4Ghz 4CH Large Metal Radio Controlled Helicopter
SKU: MRH-3019 which was faulty out of the box.
They have categorically denied responsibility and this afternoon (8 Aug 12) I received an email form "Graham" saying that their decision is FINAL.
So much for the “Sale of Goods Act”. I can only warn other potential customers of “Buyer Beware”. This company excel at taking your money and are quick to deliver.
Just beware when things go wrong.
I have previously bought another Helicopter Model from them which continues to work and perform great. It’s a pity they do not have the after sales support.
I am now faced with action of a legal kind just out of principal.
Mark – expect a letter in the mail.
