Sorry to hear about the shop ,i need to get in contact with Paul or Marion as my savage chassis and controler was at the shop being repaired please notify me on how to get them back I'm lost without it and it cost me a lot of money. Marion will remember me little blonde Danny boy from Dagenham thankyou if you can help I'm gutted the shop shut down but I need to get in touch with them???????

Marion and Paul have never steered me wrong . It's such a shame there closing .... Lovely lovely people excellent knowledge and always smiling ..... 10/10 .......

Very helpful and friendly. A great shame they are closing, but let this be a warning to all of us. Our local model shops need our support and custom. Sometimes that few pence more is well worth paying for the convenience of having a model shop on our doorsteps. The internet is great but expert advice and good service is better. Thank you marion and Paul for your years of dedication and wish you every happiness for the future.

I have been going to this shop for about 5 years and found the owners helpful in every way.When going in the week I am nearly always offered tea or coffee as I walk in the door and one time when wanting metal for my lathe was given the address of a small engineering firm as it would be cheaper for me.Like all buisnesses at the moment they are on a bit of a slump so go there and have a look around and keep this great shop there for as long as possible.They do planes,cars,boats and most things you could want and most of all a good and helpful service.

One of the best model shops, If they have not got a special part they will get it for you as soon as possible. The help and advice they give is second to none

The models I got from here were very bad quality, and the service terrible from the owners, they all shout about how great this place is in the club I am in, but then most of them cannot fly anyway..Justin...

Having gone back into modelling over four years ago I have found that the shop is the best in the area. Both Paul and Marion know most customers by their first names and a coffee or tea is always grateful after a hard days slog over the model board. If they havnt got it then they will try their hardest to get it for you asap.

The professionalism of these two is above and beyond the call of duty, and their knowledge base of the hobbie industry is vast.

I have visited every model shop in Essex and further a field and have found they always have what you want and even if you want something they don't sell you get pointed in the right direction plus there knowledge and professionalism is second to none plus long opening hours and where can you get bits from on a Sunday? Here you can. 10/10.

over the past 30 years I have visited and purchased both kits and materials from almost all the model shops in essex and rate modelersworld hornchurch the best both for stock

and the friendlyness and hospitality they project.
