Happy tablets should be taken by the shop staff. I tried to return a product that was faulty after one week, wasted my time, was told that it maybe faulty, it was, but no cash back or replacement. I reside very near to this shop but i go elsewhere, a few miles but plenty of smiles.

very misrable staff, ive never been happy walking in that shop its over priced. all the stuff i have bought from this shop has either broken or given up, and i no many people who have the same issues with there purchase from mick charles, batteries dont hold there charge, switches are always faulty,a can of nitro cleaner wont spray, MY OPINION SAVE YOUR MONEY. a friend went in there to get get a futuba lead connected he paid left got to car inspected connection and was loose and could come off. so many good model shops out there, unfortunatly this is not one of them.
