I have been in a lot of times over the past ten years I have found over the years the son recardo is very unreasonable, there's one nice guy who probably deserve his own place,so my problem u get cars then can't get parts VERY OVER PRICED ASWELL, modelsportuk is the place to go
My wife and I visited Marionville Models looking for a Christmas gift for my grandsons. The service I received was excellent and I found the chap who served me to be very helpful and patient, answering all my questions and going out of his way to help me make the right choice. The shop was very busy at the time but he gave me all the time I needed. I will certainly be returning.
i visited this shop to find out about learning how to fly model planes, i found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful, they pointed me in the right direction on how to go about joining a club that would help me to learn to fly, i found there prices to be very cheap, i was also told that if they didn't have anything on the shelf that they could get it for me in a couple of days no problem. I think this kind of customer service is second to none..
Well if you didn't buy it at there shop the chances are they mite not have the parts you wanted, I have been in lots of times with my savage and the guys can't be more helpfull.
Ive been shopping with Marionville Models for many years now, since i started flying helicopters 5 years ago. I first went in wanting to spend £500 on a top of the range model but they said i would be better starting at the bottom with a £50 co-axle one as it would be easier to fly and less expensive to repair. I thought this a little odd as they just didn’t them selves out of a £500 sale but it was brilliant advice as 5 years down the line i know have my Raptor 50 and saved myself a fortune on parts trying to learn on it. As the guys from here all fly heli`s them selves they have guided me well through the years helping me set up my heli`s free of charge and always putting me in the right direction even if it means a smaller sale or even no sale for them. Regards to price i find them competitive and in some cases cheaper than the net as there postage is under a fiver. I don’t order mail order very much as i prefer to be able to asks questions first and get advice from real modellers.
The staff are rude and unhelpful, i visited the shop on Friday 24th august to ask advice repairing my rc helicopter once they discovered the helicopter wasn't bought at their shop they weren't interested in helping. i won't be returning to this shop, you can find all their products elsewhere cheaper.
