My son, Johnny, and I are RC novices but we have a Hyper 7 and a good speedboat, these guys are really helpful and always keen to sort our issues and charge vary reasonable prices.

Visted this model shop for a few things really as i have 2 sons and 3 nephews all 5 of them into very different things one likes rc cars well there was over 50 different cars to choose from so i found one of them, one like helicopters they had loads of them so got one of them, one like static models well there was lots of them so hey i got one of them and the other 2 wanted a rc plane Guess what they had lots of them too so got 2 of them too as for the comment below there is a big car park there for about 100 cars so cant see the problem. The staff were very helful and knowledgeable with all the products they stock really happy to help and advised even took the time to set everything up for me will be going back for sure when i need anything rc or model wise thanks CRB Models well done very happy

Very small range of stock, rude, unhelpful staff who don't seem to have the knowledge I would expect from a model shop.



Very few models available for sale especially planes as they seem to only be interested in RC cars. Would be difficult to carry a large model (if they had any in stock!!!) to the car due to a lack of parking nearby.

As a beginner to the rc models I am not really up to date with all the new bits on the market I went to crb models in Southend and must say what a shop !!! The service was excellent and as a begginer I don't really no a lot about it and they were happy to explain things to me and spend time showing me different things without just trying to sell me the dearest one one the shelf .

having used this shop now on many occasions i have always been treated with the greatest respect and that nothing was too much trouble for the staff if the part or product was not in stock it was obtained within a very short period and i was notified of its arrival straight away and that prices were the same as certain larger concerns in town.Chris and his wife are very polite and show genuine concern for your needs and offer sound advice where and when its needed .I wish them good luck and in thier business project and look forward to future dealings with them

Wow a proper model shop

We run rc clubs in essex we all use crb now for all our clubs bits and bobs

I love this shop

You will find everything you need for radio control cars, boats and aircrafts and scale models models under one roof. lots of parts inc balsa wood glues and paints

The chap that owns this shop will help you in any way he can.

You will not find a better shop around, many thanks for your help

We have over 100 members that use crb models now

We all love flying and driving rc

ps thans for getting x10 of the new wot 4 rc aircrafts for the new flying club there the best

i have use crb models a few times now the staff in there are very helpful and the are nt like other model shop that try to make u buy thing. i would sat to anyone that got rc car use crb as there are the best arourd

Was looking for something different for my grandson this christams and came across this model shop. Decided to order a model but had to call first, gentleman on the phone was very polite and helpful so ordered. Goods came as requested in good order, would order again from him.

I use CRB all the time now, and the owner has always been very helpful, and honest.



He was able to get the parts & repair my radio control Nitro Car, and i was quickly back on the road again. Many thanks for all your help

Went to shop for a browse really and found the owner very helpful and friendly. After a long chat he gave me some very good info to think about before buying anything. he wasn't pushy like other local model shops and overall a very pleasant experience. I will definitely visit him again to purchase a kit or two in the future.

I use CRB all the time now i have been in to RC models for a number of years now and have used many model shops and internet sites but none have give me a better service. Its nice to see a model shop who talk to you like your a human being when your new to it(because we all have to start somewere). All ways good for getting my spare's in as quick as their can. Brillant shop when i visted to get a few xmas presents there was lots to choose from i got lots in all the stuff they had really good range of RC Cars and models also Rc boats helicopters and plane like i said i got lost in it all very good customer service to very helful thanks again guys

At last a traditional model and hobby shop in essex with radio control cars boats and aircraft and accessories and scale models with all the paints and glues as well and more a very nice little shop very helpful he got me parts for my radio control aircraft thanks crb models we will see you again bob
