Dealt with Chris at the shop on 2/3 occasions with various problems on my 3 different models and he was very helpful and cheaper that other local stores even stayed after hours as I running late will defo use again and have already recommended to others

To mike jones it is impossible to stock every car from every manufacture.

As a new business we are gradually building up on stock. Also i do not remember anyone coming in and asking about Traxxas models.



As a new business we hold several accounts with all uk suppliers and if we havnt got it in stock we do order the products into store.



I think it is terrible when people like yourself write these reviews.



Why write the review if you was that desperate for the car why leave it till the last minute? We usually get the cars in next day anyway if we order before 1pm.



But like I said I don't remember yourself even asking about this car. And I think it this nothing more then petty none sense. If you like to pop into store and discuss this then feel free.

I was shocked to find out that they do not stock Traxxas cars ! even though they make out they do from all the logo's and pictures. Yes it says they can order them in but I wanted a Slash 4x4 Ultimate asap, I have been to the store to find out it was not open until the 16th january, so I went to another store down the road who are also Traxxas dealers and WOW! what a huge shop I have never seen anything so big. I spoke to a gent who seemed to know eveyrthing there is to know and explained what did what and why. 20 mins later I was an owner of a new Slash Ultimate. I am sorry guys but this is not the way to sell RC cars.

can`t fault this new shop. guys are very helpful. hadn`t got the car in stock but got it in two days. they checked it over for me and am now the proud owner of a new buggy.

what a refreshing change to deal with model shop that knows their stuff. guys are realy friendly and nothing too much trouble as i am an rc beginner. hope to deal with them again.shop looks great even though it isn`t quite finished.recommended.

Excellient service. A pleasure doing business. I will certainly be going back there again.

Both chaps are friendly and extremely polite.

I rang them up for a car and I met them at there shop.
