I don't know about the other staff but the young guy they have dealing with rc cars is very rude and ingnorent I asked about a part for my particular models for him to reply we don't have them in stock and I don't know why we sell that car it's crap needless to say we didn't bother looking at anything else and we left the funny thing is that in the window there is a buy local sticker well people try to but are put off by the snotty kid with no customer service skills

I am an RC virgin and required some info prior to buying some gear. I sent them a detailed email telling them what I wanted and asking for their advice on products and prices.
Two weeks later, no answer. I re-sent the email after checking the address was correct. 10 days later again and no reply.
Are they so overwhelmed by orders that they do not need any new business?
Not good.
