I've been going to Jan and his Swindon Model Centre for nearly 30 years... without fail the service is second to none and the advice is always the best you will find for miles around if anywhere else!!!



Worth a trip if you are thinking of modelling and always good to support independents in this time of the Internet revolution!!

Swindon model center has the best help and servce in the world as I have been there since I had my first rc nitro truggy and jan helped me and will do any thing 2 help as my dad knows him so we pop in 2 chat and I will be bying my first plane form there

As a boy i built many model planes and flew them,i have decided to take the hobby up again and i have purchased my first rc plane.As a complete novice at rc plane control i had lots of questions i needed answers to.I went into the Swindon Model Centre for some advice and to purchase some equipment.Jan and his wife were most helpful and patient with me, as i asked question after question in my thirst for knowledge.Their advice was brilliant and they had every thing i needed.The shop is fascinating and amazing,it so reminded me of the Modellers Den in Bath.Mant thanks to you both for your help and kindness

I am into RC Models, and for that the Swindon Model Centre is brilliant for Tamiya kits and is competitively priced. Both Jan and his wife are always friendly and very welcoming and have a deep wealth of knowledge in what they sell which is very reassuring. The only thing for me is they are Tamiya biased and therefore only get good and not excellent. But for statice models and modelling crafts and tools they are second to none.
